Forgecrest was founded on a simple idea: explain the problem honestly, price it fairly, and fix it properly the first time.
Our story
Eighteen fictional years of getting it right
Forgecrest began — in this invented history — with two engineers, one second-hand van and a stubborn refusal to quote for work that was not needed. Word travelled further than any advertising ever did.
Today the imaginary company employs 42 engineers across plumbing, heating and HVAC. Everybody is directly employed, continuously trained and assessed on the quality of their handover as well as the quality of their pipework.
Every quotation is itemised, every price is agreed in writing before work begins, and every job finishes with a tidy site and a written record of what was done. Modern diagnostic equipment — thermal imaging, acoustic tracing, CCTV drainage cameras and digital combustion analysis — means we find causes, not symptoms.
